Our experts reserve their right to assess car hail damage according to professional evaluation, with repair costs depending on severity, technique used and any complications which arise during repair processes. Piedmont Autoglass strives to complete repairs quickly; however, repair times may depend on factors like damage severity and parts availability; unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for delays arising due to external sources like weather conditions or shortage of parts availability. Piedmont Autoglass stands behind its workmanship and will correct any direct defects from repairs completed within an acceptable time after repairs have been finished. Please be aware that this guarantee DOES NOT cover damage due to misuse, negligence or normal wear & tear after repairs have been completed. As we cannot assume responsibility for any personal items left inside your vehicle during repairs, it is strongly suggested that all personal effects be removed prior to dropping it off at our shop. Payment must be received upon completion of repairs; we accept cash, checks and major credit cards as forms of payment. Should nonpayment occur we reserve the right to store the vehicle until full payment has been received. At any point in time and without prior notification, Piedmont Autoglass reserves its right to revise these terms and conditions and you accept their revised agreements by continuing to utilize our services after such revisions take place.
